ADC FLOATING PRODUCTION Division.

Together with our Alliance Partners, we can offer a comprehensive Floating Production Service specializing in the provision and operation of Floating Production Units. We are at present managing Oceaneering’s FPSO “Ocean Producer” under contract to Sonangol P&P that is operating in Block 4 offshore Angola.

Whereas most companies involved in the Floating Production business are involved in the engineering design and/or construction, our objective is to own and operate the Floating Production Units outright.

We believe that our group can offer several cost effective advantages to our Clients:

Firstly, the Oil Company is not required to make significant capital investments in the floating production unit, we do this.

Secondly, the Oil Company is not required to have any significant operations staff for the unit, we provide them. The provision of floating production systems is our main business and we are committed to providing unparalleled services within a very competitive package.

Our business is dedicated to providing innovative and cost effective solutions, with proven technology, in a manner that will ensure the earliest possible production for our Clients.

We are committed to a policy of recruiting Angolan personnel and initially placing them in positions relative to their current experience. We will, however, actively encourage these employees to develop their skills and technical knowledge, and this will take place within a structured program of training and career development in compliance with international standards.

We believe the above policy ensures that ADC has well trained Angolan personnel on-board our units who will work in a safe and efficient manner - benefiting you, our Client.
 

FACILITIES and EQUIPMENT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

Examples of units that we can provide:
 

·             FPSO's - from 25,000 bbl / day to 225,000 bbl / day, storage from 500,000 bbls to         2,500,000 bbls.

·           Floating Storage Units ( FSU ) from 1,000,000 bbls to 3,000,000 bbls
