Together with our Alliance Partners we can provide supply boats manned with experienced senior international staff. Having this close alliance with both companies will ensure extensive operational and technical support in many areas including access to a wide variety of vessel types which in-turn will provide choice and a cost effective service.

We are committed to a policy of recruiting Angolan personnel and initially placing them in positions relative to their current experience. We will, however, actively encourage these employees to develop their skills and knowledge, and this will take place within a structured program of training and career development in compliance with international standards.

We believe the above policy will ensure that ADC has well trained, competent Angolan personnel on board our vessels who will work in a safe and efficient manner - benefiting ADC as well as our client.

We view the above Venture as a unique opportunity to establish ADC quickly as a reputable, competitive provider of supply boat services to the Angolan Oil and Gas Industry. However, our long-term objective will be to construct new vessels, custom built, for operating offshore Angola. By doing this we will be able to offer vessels that will provide the most cost effective option to you, our client.

Our vessel portfolio includes, but is not limited to:

*    Anchor Handling / Supply Tug vessels from 8000 to 15000 BHP
*    Platform Supply Vessels - both conventional and with dynamic positioning.
