Together with our Alliance Partner, Keltec Petroleum Services, we are equipped to assist in the development of upstream Oil and Gas engineering projects.

Our project teams have all the necessary experience, expertise and resources gained from working with Operators and Service Companies to plan, design and manage all aspects of Well Management, Drilling Engineering and Geological support. These services can be provided on your location or directly from ADC's and/or Keltec's offices which are fully equipped to support operations world-wide.

We are committed to adding value to our clients' operations and will pursue innovative contractual arrangements that will generate cost benefits.
Furthermore, if by forming strategic alliances with other specialist providers greater efficiency and success can be achieved for the client, then ADC will be an enthusiastic leader of the resulting alliance.

Throughout our Angolan operation we are committed to a policy of recruiting, where possible, Angolan personnel. Initially suitable candidates will be appointed in positions relative to their current experience. However, ADC will actively encourage personnel to develop their technical expertise and operational skills. This will take place within a structured program of training and career development, taking account of
international engineering standards and procedures.
